Notice of Non‑Discrimination

Eagle Solutions 501C3 is committed to providing an inclusive, safe, and welcoming environment for all participants, families, volunteers, and community members involved in the DC Talent Showcase. In accordance with federal civil rights laws and the D.C. Human Rights Act, Eagle Solutions 501C3 does not discriminate in its programs, activities, services, or employment practices on the basis of actual or perceived race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, disability, marital status, personal appearance, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, family status, family responsibilities, matriculation, political affiliation, genetic information, source of income, credit information, or status as a victim or family member of a victim of domestic violence, sexual offense, or stalking.

Harassment or discrimination based on any protected category is prohibited. Sexual harassment is considered a form of sex discrimination under Title IX. Retaliation against any individual who reports discrimination or participates in an investigation is also prohibited.

Eagle Solutions 501C3 will respond promptly and respectfully to all reports of discrimination and will take appropriate action in accordance with applicable laws.

If anyone becomes aware of potential discrimination or harassment involving Eagle Solutions 501C3 programs, they should report their concerns directly to outreach@eaglesolutions.org. Individuals may also contact the civil rights agencies listed above for additional support or to file a formal complaint.
