We are seeking experienced and passionate individuals to support youth through arts, humanities, and creative learning opportunities in the following areas:

  • Vocal coaching

  • Dance & movement

  • Acting & stage presence

  • Visual arts & mixed media

  • Poetry & spoken word

  • Instrumental music (Keyboard, Drums, and Electric Guitars)

  • Youth leadership & confidence‑building

  • General program support

Individuals who contribute to the DC Talent Showcase through teaching, mentoring, or program support will receive compensation for their time, skills, and expertise. We deeply value the knowledge, creativity, and experience each person brings to our programs, and this paid opportunity reflects our commitment to recognizing the important role arts educators, mentors, and community leaders play in creating a safe, inspiring, and high-quality experience for participants.
